We have a range of Sight Loss Awareness programmes designed to promote a better understanding of the difficulties of living with this sensory loss and enabling the acquisition of practical skills that can be used by your staff in their day to day activities.
All awareness programmes are specifically designed and customised to meet your organisation's requirement. We pride ourselves in delivering the most effective programme to your staff and suggest the following for consideration:
Induction - Aimed at Volunteers, Care staff, Family and 'Front-line' staff
Intermediate - For staff with some knowledge of working with people with a sight loss
Advanced - Assumes some working knowledge of sight problems and incorporates additional disabilities.

In order to maximise the learning experience, a minimum number of students is required to run each programme successfully. In the event of any postponement or cancellation, other programme venues will be offered as an alternative.
